  1. Employment offer: if you got the job offer from Saskatchewan province employer then you can apply under this category. To qualify under this subcategory, you must have at least 1 year work experience in past 10 years, must be currently living in Canada, proficiency in English or French language and must have at least 60 points on point assessment grid.
  2. Saskatchewan Express entry: if you are in IRCC’s (immigration, refugees and citizenship Canada) express entry pool and have appropriate skills, education, language proficiency and work experience can apply under this category. To apply under this category you must have the proof of express entry pool profile, must have certificates regarding your skills and must have the experience in skilled work of at least 1 year.
  3. Occupations In demand: if you have experience in any one of the occupation mention in in-demand occupation list, then you can apply under this subcategory. To qualify under this category, you must be proficient in English or French language, must have at least one year of experience and have a proof of settlement fund.

Saskatchewan experience category: to apply under this category you must have valid work permit and must be working in Canada. To qualify under this category you must have at least 1 year of experience in the skilled area, must have proficiency in English or French language and must have required certificates and a valid job offer. This category, further have following subcategories:

  1. saskatchewan-immigrant-nominee-program is for those who are working in province from last six months.
  2. Health professional subcategory: for those who have been working in province as nurse, physician, or as another health professional.
  3. Hospitality sector project subcategory: is for those who are working as food and beverage server, housekeeping or any hospitality profession in province.
  4. Long haul truck driver subcategory: is for those who have been working as truck driver in approved trucking firm in province.
  5. Student category: is for the graduated students and must have degree from a valid Canadian post secondary institution.

Entrepreneur and farm category: is for those people who are actively operating business or farming in province. This has two categories, one as entrepreneur, for those people who want to invest in some business in Saskatchewan and has some business idea, and to qualify under this category you must have enough amount of money which must be verified by ministry approved professional. Second category is farm owners and operators, if you are an experienced farmer and want to invest in farming operation and want to live in the province can apply under this subcategory.

Processing time: Your nomination will get cancelled if you unable to provide any document. Saskatchewan immigrant nominee program (SINP) application can take up to 12 months in processing.
